1. You fill out Santa's special "Naughty List Notification Form" and include what your child has done to earn a spot on the Naughty List as well as what he or she can do to remove themselves.

2. Your child will receive a personalized letter from Santa Claus. The letter includes a personalized warning letter written and signed by Santa, a Naughty List Certificate, a copy of the Naughty List with your childs name highlighted, and a Santa Certified List of Tasks that you would like your child to complete, notarized by Rudolph's Red Nose!

3. Depending on your child, he or she will believe that he or she is on Santa's Naughty List, and will want to do whatever he or she can to get off of it. Once your child has fulfilled Santa's wishes, you fill out the "Nice List Notification Form". Your child will receivea new letter stating that he or she is removed from the Naughty List, as well as a copy of the Naughty List with their name removed, and a "Nice List Certificate".
